EXHI­BI­TI­ON OBJECTS OF DESI­RE in 3D PRIN­TING from 10 Octo­ber to 2 November

The Art and Design Pro­duc­ti­ons Gal­lery www​.artand​de​sign​pro​duc​ti​ons​.be pre­sents exhi­bi­ti­ons at the inter­sec­ti­on of art and design and sur­pri­ses visi­tors with excep­ti­o­nal exhibitions.

This exhi­bi­ti­on starts one week befo­re the Won­der Fes­ti­val Kort­rijk (won​der​kort​rijk​.be) and Art Week­end Kort­rijk (kort​rijkart​.be) and is part of the iti­ne­ra­ry for both.

Objects of desi­re in 3D printing

From Fri­day 10 Octo­ber to Sun­day 2 Novem­ber, you can admi­re a new exhi­bi­ti­on in the gal­lery fea­tu­ring exclu­si­ve­ly 3D-prin­ted design objects and works of art. A call for entries yiel­ded more than 100 sub­mis­si­ons from dif­fe­rent coun­tries, from which a jury made a rigorous selec­ti­on. Ulti­ma­te­ly, work by 33 desig­ners and artists from no fewer than nine dif­fe­rent coun­tries will be exhi­bi­ted. Big names bring sur­pri­sing, func­ti­o­nal, and artis­tic objects.

All exhi­bi­ted works of art and design objects are for sale in the gallery.

As a tech­ni­que, 3D prin­ting has long sin­ce pas­sed its pro­to­ty­ping pha­se and has beco­me a ful­ly-fled­ged pro­duc­ti­on and expres­si­on tech­ni­que. This exhi­bi­ti­on show­ca­ses stun­ning cre­a­ti­ons from the design fur­ni­tu­re indu­stry, inte­ri­or design, fas­hi­on, tex­ti­les, archi­tec­tu­re and pure artis­tic expression.
